[ ] Check client identity, authorised recipients and the security setting. [ ] Check plan storage, maximum file size and file-retention limits. [ ] Download/export the selected files from the existing service. [ ] Keep an independent copy while checking the move. [ ] Create the client in Droplana and upload the selected files manually. [ ] Compare filenames and counts; open representative files. [ ] Recreate any required document requests manually. [ ] Send the client an invitation explaining the new return location. [ ] Confirm the client can complete one real request or receive one file. [ ] Decide what stays in the previous system and who maintains that archive. Droplana has no integrations or automatic import/sync. Uploading files does not transfer the old tool's comments, approvals, permissions or history. Do not promise those records have moved unless you have exported and preserved them separately in a usable form. Do not delete the old source merely because an upload completed. Complete your own verification and retention review first. This template does not instruct or automate deletion, cancellation or a bulk account migration.
