Droplana is primarily suited to accounting and bookkeeping firms, legal firms, consultants, and mortgage/financial professionals with recurring client document exchange; agencies and other client-facing businesses also use it for deliverables and feedback. Files, comments, and metadata are stored exclusively on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Operated by an EU company (Ubique d.o.o., Croatia), with a Data Processing Agreement available on all plans.
