Reseller
Payments for Droplana subscriptions are processed by Creem.io - Armitage Labs OÜ, who acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Creem's Buyer Terms and Conditions, including their Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
Droplana offers monthly subscriptions (Pro at €10/mo) billed in advance. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by Creem at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date and will not be charged again.
Refunds
All transactions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved at Creem's discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your transaction date.
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, or visit Creem.io and select "Request refund". Creem reviews all requests on a case-by-case basis and will process approved refunds within 14 days using the original payment method where possible.
If local consumer protection laws grant you withdrawal or refund rights beyond the above, those rights always apply. Consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from eligible digital purchases.
Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment. This refund policy does not apply to it.
