Refund Policy
Reseller
Payments for droplana.com subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), who acts as the authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Your purchase is subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms and Conditions, including their Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
droplana.com offers monthly subscriptions (Pro at €10/mo, Agency at €50/mo) billed in advance. Prices are shown exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until that date and will not be charged again.
Refunds
All transactions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or approved at Paddle's discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of your transaction date.
To request a refund, use the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in your purchase confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select "Request refund". Paddle reviews all requests on a case-by-case basis and will process approved refunds within 14 days using the original payment method where possible.
If local consumer protection laws grant you withdrawal or refund rights beyond the above, those rights always apply. Consumers in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, and the UK have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from eligible digital purchases.
Free Plan
The Free plan requires no payment. This refund policy does not apply to it.
